Neil Gaiman's Stardust
I finished reading Neil Gaiman's Stardust last night. It took me less than four days to complete it. It was an excellent fairy tale. Check out the link about for the short back cover blurb, and an excerpt from the novel. Gaiman has been a favourite of mine since the Miracleman comics - my love for his writing really took off with the Sandman comics however. I actually met him at a signing at the Beguiling many years ago. Now I need his other novels.

Who Would Jesus Hate? -- described as providing "anecdotal evidence of how religion is on the wrong side of every social issue." Fugetaboutit! -- hilarious site from a "48-year-old shrinking Italian comedian ." Take the tagline for instance: "I saw the face of Jesus in my lasagna ... briefly."
