It is nature's distributed, decentralized, pattern formation, intelligent behaviour that makes it such a useful model. The essay provides an impetus, a historical context, then delves into the details of design and ends with the author's glimpse into the future.

The site describes itself as a gathering place for torrents with progressive and radical content. As for now, it preserves a special place for the work of American dissident Noam Chomsky, as the domain name suggests. I didn't know Chomsky was a dissident -- but I suppose that's one way of describing him in the current American environment.
